We’re hosting a fundraiser party!

On the occasion of our 7th anniversary we are hosting a festive evening at our storefront Oasis Studios before we move out in August. That’s right, our time as leaseholders has come to end. So, join us for our fundraiser extravaganza - it’s part last hurrah in our Bushwick HQ, part an honoring of our platform’s journey till today, and part celebration of what’s ahead as we focus 100% on our online artist membership. Help us to celebrate this milestone and support the exciting next chapter for Paradice Palase.

The Details:

PART 1: SOCIAL SOIRÉE | 8PM - 11PM

Our gallery/studio storefront will play host to an evening social, complete with:

  • an open bar courtesy of Misguided Spirits & Curious Elixirs 🍹

  • savory tapas-style bites 🥙

  • our fave playlist tunes 🎶

  • a curated wall of artwork to collect at $500 or less (artist list TBA)

PP branded merch will also be available to shop, like

  • logo hats 🧢

  • enamel pins 🎲

  • tie-dye logo tees 👕

  • a limited stock of our new tote bag 🔥

And, we’re having a raffle!

We are releasing the archived APs of our “wearable print” shirt and mask editions - a collaborative collection that featured artwork or custom designs by over 30 different artists. Available for the raffle will be a shirt or mask by:

Rose Nestler, Maria Yolanda Liebana, Johannah Herr, Michael Hambouz, Hayley Youngs, Paul Anagnostopoulos, Maria Stabio, Rachel Cohen, Tara Foley, Seren Morey, Su A Chae, Mitchell Reece, Isla P Gordon, Pamela Casper; plus more artists to be announced!

A preview of all raffle items will be released soon, stay tuned!

  • —The raffle will be in-person only.

    —Tickets will be $4 each, or 3 for $10.

    —The raffle will be set up so you can choose which item(s) you want to enter your ticket for.

    —There’s no limit on ticket purchases.

    —It will be open from 8-10pm, with the drawings and winners announced starting just after 10pm.

    — You must be present at the drawing to claim your winning print!

PART 2: DANCE AFTERPARTY | 11PM - 1AM

Starting at 11pm we’ll be moving down the street for some good ole’ fashioned dancing!

Our friends at The Broadway have generously offered to host us on their second floor for a private afterparty, complete with:

  • a fully stocked private bar (cash bar)🍸

  • groovy tunes by DJ DomDomDotCom 🎧

  • The Broadway’s food menu (available until 12am) 🍔

Afterparties are simple- a good time with good friends. Meet us on the dance floor 😎

1260 BROADWAY: THE STOREFRONT ERA

When we first opened our commercial location in 2019 we had big goals for expanding in-person exhibitions & programs, having designed the space in a tried-and-true hybrid of gallery space and art studios. While we have continued the Oasis Studios program throughout the years, the gallery space lived many lives since March 2020; from weekend hours to shop for our many “wearable prints”, to hosting pop ups for local organizations and collectives, presenting solo and group shows by artists working in the studios, and even as an open plan shared studio.

Sadly, our time in the storefront has come to an end. With the non-renewal of our lease we will be moving out at the end of August, and have also decided to sunset our Oasis Studios program altogether. It’s a bittersweet decision, but will ultimately allow our platform to focus wholly on growing and nurturing the online membership network. Oasis Studios proudly offered a work home for dozens of incredible fine artists, invited 18 art world professionals for studio visits, and hosted 8 public open studios. We thank every single person who participated in this era, we are truly grateful 🍍🌴
