We strive to democratize the market for both creators and patrons by offering career-forward networking, programming, and resources. We connect our members to their peers, to industry professionals, to art business & artist development resources, and to external opportunities. We also curate online and in-person presentations internally and through partnerships. Past partners have included NADA, Future Fair, The Other Art Fair, Uprise Art, and House of Yes. In 2024 we launched a Residency Fellowship in partnership with ChaNorth (Pine Plains, NY) awarded to one active member per year.

Kat Ryals and Lauren Hirshfield founded the platform in 2017 after aligning over entry barriers found within the contemporary art world. A two-woman operation, Paradice Palase is the love child of DIY and art world utopia. From 2019 - 2024, they also managed Oasis Studios - a 10-person studio building and gallery space in Brooklyn, NY.
