PARADICE PALASE is pleased to present Superimpose, the project’s first curatorial endeavour of 2020. The show discusses photography as a process, a medium of making, and as an object. The term “photo” quickly becomes synonymous with “image”, like the ones on our screens. Here, four artists instead utilize the medium as a way to capture moments, memories, or a likeness and translate and reconstruct it through a composite of collage, still life photography and physicality of the image.
