Amy Williams is an artist and arts administrator based in Brooklyn. For over 20 years, Williams has been actively involved in the New York art world. She began her career as an art consultant for Dinaburg Arts, placing many artists' works in the windows of Saks Fifth Avenue for Saks Project Art and renowned collections worldwide. Williams served as the Deputy Director of Arts Gowanus from 2016 through 2019 and, from 2016 to 2023, held the position of Gallery Director at 440 Gallery, an artist-run space in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Presently, she works in Development at Jazz at Lincoln Center, overseeing their Membership and Annual Giving programs.
Williams has exhibited her work extensively in Brooklyn, NY, and abroad. The French Art Magazine, Frog, featured her work in 2006 and 2007. She continues actively pursuing her art practice and exhibits her work nationally and internationally.
