PARADICE PALASE is pleased to host Blue & Orange Blackout, a solo presentation of new works on paper and sculptures by Oasis Studios Member Jess Hoyt. The show explores the mythology of color representing the parallels between the higher and lower nature of the self and the fragmentation between the mind and body. In this work the artist uses an array of dense symbolism to carve out and personify the mental landscape that is in correlation with the body’s held experience.
